Electro Harmonix has somehow managed to cram the immense sound of the Canyon delay into one of their itty-bitty Pico Series stompboxes. Trigger that classic Canyon echo and stretch it from 8 milliseconds to 3 whole seconds via the Delay pot. Dictate the number of repeats via the Feedback pot and, when the trails are bypassed, you're treated to unlimited repeats. Hit the footswitch two or more times to activate the tap tempo and match the repeats to the beat and, to gain the correct note division, simply punch the Tap/Div button until the LED lights up in the right colour...The EHX Pico Canyon Echo: Ultra-Small Pedal, Ultra-Big DelaysLight the LED up in red for quarter-notes (crotchets) and light it up in green for eighth notes (quavers) then, to punctuate or lengthen the eighths by half, keep hitting the Tap-Div button until the LED is lit up in orange. Meanwhile, the Filter pot on the left can be twisted to apply a high-pass filter for some sweet, tape-style repeats and the Blend pot can be tweaked to strike the perfect wet-to-dry balance. As a final treat, EHX have even thrown in a 9V power supply.

Innovative from every angle, the Ortega TourPlayer Deluxe electric-acoustic classical guitar combines the tight playability of an electric guitar with the warm and resonant tone of a nylon-stringed classical guitar. The okoume body features specially developed resonance chambers that not only support the acoustic sound of this progressive model but ensure non-existent on-stage feedback. Meanwhile, the amplified sound is made possible by an integrated Magus X preamp system complete with volume, bass, mid and treble controls for dialling in the specifics. The Ortega TourPlayer Deluxe: Maximum Playing ComfortAny guitarists that are more familiar with the playing feel of an electric guitar can easily make the transition with this model. For a start, the Ortega TourPlayer Deluxe has been finished with a bone nut that's just 48mm wide, which is a touch narrower than that of more traditional Spanish guitars, bringing the feel closer to an electric solid-body. The okoume neck has also been given a round, Slender-D profile to support smooth and comfy fret navigation and, since aesthetics are just as important when it comes to any stage-ready instrument, the Deluxe edition comes topped with a stunning slice of acacia wood, outlined in flame maple body binding.
