Urge Archi-Enduro Helmet RR+The Archi-Enduro RR Helmet was the first full face helmet dedicated to Enduro racing and its evolution had one goal in mind, to be a Ready to Race helmet, hence the RR in the name.Urge's Archi-Enduro RR Helmet needed to be developed from a unique fibre in order to maintain high safety whilst also being as light as possible. As a result, the outer shell has been manufactured from a unique blend of 80% glass fibre and 20% natural linen fibre, mixed with a thermosetting resin. This guarantees a better spread and diffusion of shockwaves upon impact. Crash tests on the helmet highly exceeded the legal requirements for the different safety standards and outperform ABS, traditional and carbon fibre shells.The essential wide opening of the chin guard for optimal ventilation benefits from a high-density polyurethane upper part. The obtaining of the ASTM F1952 safety standard, the only one that tests the chin guard, validates without a doubt the safety features on this helmet.The structure of the EPS has been designed to complete the unique features of the outer shell and in-turn, the helmet is lighter than other carbon top of the range models, weighing less than 1kg.Another feature of the Archi-Enduro RR Helmet is the polyethylene adjustable visor which is fixed using aluminium screws and can deform during impact.
