Welcome to a modern house, built in 2019, located in the pleasant, coastal summer house area of Adriansnäs. This nice house has outdoor furnitures and a grill for both sunny, lazy days and balmy pleasant evenings. On the front of the house the garden is not finished, but on the other sides of the house have smaller grass areas for play and recreation. Approximately 200 meters from the house there is a large public playground with associated football field. 800 m to a child-friendly beach.

The house is located on the owners property, but the owners are only staying there for a few months per year. Welcome to this charming two-storey cottage, situated on a forest plot in between Osby and Vittsjö, in beautiful Skåne. The holiday home has a kitchen with a functioning wood stove as well as an electric stove/oven. The kitchen has the basic amenities, a dining table, and a baby chair. Next to the kitchen, there's a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a crib. In the living room, there's a dining table, a wood-burning stove, a sofa, and a sofa bed with a width of 120 cm (suitable for one person). The living room also features armchairs, a TV, and a DVD-player. A steep set of stairs will take you to the upper floor, where you will find an interesting piece of furniture: an old “beggar's bench”. In the olden days people would place such a bench outside of their homes to signal that homeless beggars, who often travelled around the countryside, were welcome to knock on the door, for a bite to eat and a bed for the night. The upper floor has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom (without a door) with two single beds. A path leads from the garden to the river Vieån. There are lanterns in the house in case you want to bring them down to the river after dark, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the evening. Fishing possibilities. The walking/ hiking trail Skåneleden passes by the house. The small town of Osby is 20 kilometres away, offering some shops and the Brio toy museum. The child-friendly beach, with shallow water and a bathing dock, is only 3.5 kilometres away. Golfers will enjoy the 18-hole golf course at Vittsjö GK, 4 kilometres away. The cave Tygarpsgrottan is about 30 kilometres away and also worth a visit. You will find a binder in the house, with information about interesting sights and activities in the area. Welcome!

This wonderful, bright and comfortable holiday home is located on a high situated plot with partial lake view. This whole holiday home is well managed and looks very inviting with its associated annex. The bright combined living room/ kitchen is very inviting looking with its high ceiling and the very comfortable dining area along with a relaxing sitting group where you can sit. Next to this room is you can find a very large conservatory (around 24m2) which is perfectly suited for breakfasts and dinners, from this room you will have a partial lake view over Svarten which is approximately 250m away. The TV is equipped with Swedish channels and is located on the open loft, which is connected with the living room/ kitchen. You will access the loft through a normal staircase, so not through a small ladder or similar. The loft is a favorite place among the children and teenagers; here they can watch movies or TV if the weather does not allow them to play outside on the lovely lawn. On the ground floor you can find an inviting bedroom equipped with a double bed, along with a fresh and bright bathroom. Just next to the bathroom you can find a very attractive sauna with an exit facing the patio. The whole holiday home has underfloor heating for your comfort. The annex is equipped with WC and shower along with two bedrooms, where one has a slim double bed (120cm wide) and the second have two single beds. The nature outdoor is truly attractive with fine well managed lawns, some plantations and a lovely view over the lake and surrounding area. There is a self propelled lawn mower on the plot which always keeps the lawn well managed. The excursions opportunities are many; you can visit the shopping paradise of Ullared (6,5km) or the nearest golf course Rolfstorp (12km). You can take a simple swim in the nearby lake Svarten which is approximately 400m away or you can take a car trip to the beaches in Varberg (25km) and Falkenberg (28km), there is also a good bathing place in HJärtaredsjön which is situated around 10km away. If you like fishing you can fix fishing license and boat on the nearby farm “Kushult”. The Fishing license costs 50 SEK/day or 150 SEK/week and a boat costs 80 SEK/day. There's a roofed terrace as well as a garden with outdoor furniture and a garden grill. On the bottom floor, there's a small kitchen with all of the necessary amenities, such as an electric cooker. There's also a wood-burning stove in the kitchen. The kitchen, dining room, and entrance hall are all open-plan. The living room features an open fireplace, which you are welcome to use, and there's also free wireless internet access. In the bathroom, you will find a WC and a washbasin. The bathroom can also be accessed from the outside of the house. The shower is in a separate building, 10 metres from the cottage. On the bottom floor, you will also find one bedroom with two beds. Kalvsvik is four kilometres from the cottage and features a lovely bathing spot with bathing docks. You have access to four bicycles so why not take them to the nature reserve in Bjurkärr? Another beautiful place to visit is Huseby bruk, 15 kilometres away, with it's castle and it's ironworks museum. There's also an inn, a café, a nature reserve, and an observation tower.
