There are several garden areas and, in general terms, a beautiful plot, but the best of it all is the chlorine pool which is surrounded by the beautiful views to the mountains and the fields around. En outre, il y a un petit train à vapeur à Abreschviller à bord duquel vous pourrez faire une petite excursion touristique sur les rails à travers la forêt. Located in the urbanisation Son Talent, this amazing house features a private, 7.1 m x 3.5 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1 m to 1.9 m. Around the pool, lay back on one of the six sun loungers, refresh yourself by the exterior shower or have a tasty BBQ with your friends. The owners planted fruit trees on the plot and depending on the season, you can collect fresh lemons, oranges, plums and greengages. The house offers several terraces, great for al fresco dining. From the kitchen you have access to a chill-out terrace, ideal for a romantic get-together. The interiors are a blend between traditional, Majorcan style and modern elements. Cette immense ferme bâtie dans un endroit fabuleux, est orientée au sud à 1000 m d'altitude et bénéficie d'une vue sur la vallée de la Möll. Vous y séjournerez seul, intimité garantie donc ! Le bâtiment vieux de 100 ans, a été renové avec goût pour préserver la finalité première de la maison (innombrables poutres et sols en bois !). Le bas est occupé par une très grande cuisine avec le traditionnel coin repas où les chasseurs se racontent des histoires depuis des siècles en buvant quelques bières. Le couloir vous conduit à un séjour moderne avec lecteur DVD, feu au bois et accès internet sans fil (dans toute la maison). Vous trouverez aussi une buanderie avec lave-linge et séchoir. A l'extérieur, la terrasse ensoleillée est très tranquille. Vous serez en effet peu dérangé par le trafic puisque la route ne dessert que 6 fermes habitées. Les environs du Gatternighof sont aussi appelés la perle du parc national Hohe Tauern. Et à juste titre ! Car depuis la ferme, vous pouvez vous balader au cœur d'une superbe région naturelle restée jusqu'à présent à l'écart du tourisme de masse. Des orchidées sauvages s'y épanouissent et des oiseaux et des insectes rares y habitent. Munissez-vous d'une paire de jumelles, car peut-être pourrez vous admirer un cerf, un chevreuil ou d'autres animaux sauvages. Les villes comme Spittal, Lienz, Villach et Klagenfurt méritent un détour. Pendant les mois d'hiver et d'été, il est possible de skier et faire du snowboard sur le Mölltaler gletscher (glacier d'environ 20 km). Ce domaine skiable compte 77 km de pistes et un parc de loisirs pour snowboard. Depuis le centre de Obervellach (env. 10 minutes de voiture), des navettes vous conduisent vers différents domaines skiables : Ankogel-Mallnitz 13 km, Großglockner -Heiligenblut 35 km, Lienz 40 km et Goldeck - Spittal an de Drau 30 km. Ces domaines sont aussi facilement accessibles en voiture. Le Lärchen Stuben situé juste à côté est ouvert sur demande, pour ce faire prenez contact avec le propriétaire. Venez profiter de l'air pur de la réserve naturelle du Hohe Tauern et passer un agréable séjour ! P.S. Également très facile d'accès et avantageux en train par les gares de Mallnitz-Obervellach. Le trajet est superbe ! Les enfants voyagent souvent gratis, des taxis sont à disposition et il est possible de louer une voiture. Il existe aussi une navette. Un menu a trois service est aussi proposé avec des produits régionaux. La table est dressée, vous êtes servis et le tout est ensuite débarrassé. Il suffit juste de vider le lave-vaisselle. Le propriétaire vous offre ses services comme Ranger du parc national et peut vous emmener faire de jolies promenades (en raquettes à neige) pour découvrir des endroits sauvages et en apprendre davantage sur la flore et la géologie de la région.

Prenez néanmoins aussi le petit train touristique vers la marina très moderne (2,5 km). Les yachts luxueux qui se trouvent dans le port vous laisseront bouche bée. La magnifique plage de Praia dos Pescadores est un des lieux les plus photographiés de l'Argave, principalement en raison de ses sublimes rochers de sable. Une belle balade en voiture vous amènera au village rustique de Paderne (18 km) avec ses ruines d'un ancien château maure. Depuis le château vous aurez une vue imprenable sur un beau pont médiéval et la rivière asséchée en été de Quarteira. Vous trouverez un beau petit endroit pour pique-niquer au plein milieu de la nature sauvage à côté de la rivière ou en dessous du château ! Vous voulez frapper quelques balles pendant vos vacances ? C'est possible sur le parcours de golf à 18 trous du Old Golf Course (1 km), un parcours de golf qui a du style ! Un supermarché et des restaurants se trouvent à 500 m. Cette ferme entièrement restaurée datant de 1733 est située au milieu de magnifiques digues florales médiévales près du village zélandais d'Oudelande. La ferme a été aménagée idéalement pour 8 personnes, toutefois elle est à l'occasion louée pour 10. Pour un séjour de 10 personnes, il est possible d'utiliser un lit simple avec lit gigogne (2x 90x200cm) sur le palier. La maison est située à des kilomètres à l'extérieur de la zone bâtie et offre le calme, la tranquillité et une belle vue. Il n'y a aucun voisins dans un rayon de 500 m et la maison est construite sur une parcelle d'environ 0,5 ha. En outre, une zone clôturée de la parcelle est utilisée comme pâturage pour les moutons pendant les mois d'été. Des vergers poussent autour de la maison bâtie le long d'une route cyclable de campagne. Un vaste jardin entoure la maison spacieuse (250 m2) et (en partie) meublée de mobilier antique. Ainsi, vous pouvez vous retirez et trouver un petit coin tranquille au soleil ou à l'ombre, de n'importe quel côté de la maison. Les enfants s'amuseront sur la balançoire et le trampoline installés sur la pelouse ! Vous pourrez également disputer quelques parties de pétanque avec le jeu de boules. Pour les repas vous utiliserez la cuisinière au gaz et le four à vapeur. Un couloir revêtu d'un splendide carrelage ancien vous mène à l'espace douche/toilettes avec étagère à essuie chauffante et à la opkamer typique des fermes de Zélande (pièce en demi-étage). Cette pièce très agréable avec vue sur le jardin se situe au-dessus de la cave et est accessible via 2 marches. Elle comprend 3 couchages, un petit bureau et un lavabo avec eau chaude et froide. Depuis la cuisine ouverte, un escalier à double rampe conduit au 1er étage. Une belle salle de bains avec douche et toilettes a été installée à ce niveau. Les enfants apprécieront les meubles spécialement prévus pour eux, une table de bricolage avec chaises, une ancienne maison de poupée avec accessoires, des livres pour enfants, etc. La cage d'escalier peut facilement être fermée pour laisser jouer les enfants en toute tranquillité. Les 3 chambres comptant 5 couchages se trouvent au même étage, chacune ayant sa couleur. Les châssis Velux sont équipés de stores occultants. Vous dormirez donc à poings fermés même au lever du jour. Une des chambres est dotée d'un lavabo avec eau chaude et froide. La maison de vacances est située dans le Zak van Zuid-Beveland qui offre de nombreuses possibilités de randonnées à vélo et à pied, comme dans la réserve naturelle De Zwaakse Weel près de Kwadendamme et autour du pittoresque village de Nisse. Dans les environs immédiats se trouvent de bons restaurants (à Goes et Yerseke, entre autres) et il y a même un restaurant deux étoiles à proximité (Inter Scaldes à Kruiningen). En outre, des villes comme Gand, Anvers et Domburg sont accessibles en 40 minutes. De mi-avril à mi-octobre, il ne faut pas manquer une balade sur le vieux train à vapeur de Goes à Hoedekenskerke et/ou vice versa.

Finca Bilou comprend cinq chambres doubles, toutes pourvues d'une salle de bains attenante, avec un aménagement moderne et attrayant. Toutes les chambres disposent de savon et shampoing et d'un sèche-cheveux, de facilités pour faire du café et du thé, du chauffage central pour les fraîches soirées d'hiver (supplément nov-mars), du wifi gratuit et d'un petit coffre-fort. Les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure avec différents endroits agréables pour s'asseoir, où vous pourrez profiter sous l'amandier de la vie au grand air, avec les belles montagnes en arrière-plan. Venez vous détendre avec un livre ou un chevalet sur la grande terrasse de toit, qui offre une superbe vue de 360 degrés sur les environs et la mer. Relaxez-vous dans le jacuzzi (non chauffé) ou faites un plongeon rafraîchissant dans la piscine. Dans la salle de séjour il y a une télévision à écran plat avec câble TV et lecteur DVD/CD, un coin repas et en contigu, la 6ème salle de bains avec des toilettes séparées. Depuis le living on entre dans une cuisine en acier inoxydable professionnelle et entièrement équipée, avec cuisinière à gaz (3 feux), four, four micro-ondes, machine à café, bouilloire électrique, grille-pain, réfrigérateur avec congélateur, lave-vaisselle et une machine à laver. À l'extérieur se trouve un bar ainsi que deux barbecues (charbon et gaz (supplément bouteille à gaz)). Jardin avec amandiers, olivier, figuiers, grenadiers, palmiers et plantes diverses, parking pour 4 voitures maximum, parcelle indépendante et clôturée. Située dans une zone rurale à 2 km de l'authentique village d'Aigües, notre finca est à seulement 12 minutes de la belle et vaste plage de sable d'El Campello. De plus, la ville animée d'Alicante, avec ses grands boulevards spacieux, se trouve à seulement 20 minutes en voiture de Finca Bilou, et la vie nocturne de Benidorm à seulement 30 minutes. Pour les vacanciers actifs parmi nous, le complexe de golf de Bonalba est tout près, et de jolis itinéraires de balades à pied et à vélo partent directement de la maison. Il y a aussi de beaux courts de tennis et de paddle à un jet de pierre de la finca. De temps à autre, vous croiserez sur le terrain les propriétaires de Finca Bilou, qui vivent à côté, en train d'entretenir le jardin et la piscine, pour que vous puissiez tous en profiter pendant votre séjour. Bien sûr, nous tenons compte de votre vie privée et nous effectuerons ces travaux pendant votre absence ou à un moment convenu avec vous.
