The most distinguishing detail of this property is the 6 x 6 meter sized natural pool with a depth of 1.4 meters. The cleaning works without the addition of chemicals like chlorine or salt; and the constant movement of the water keep the water clean. At the same time, the water isn't that clear as a normal chlorine or salt water pool. The pool is in harmony with nature and it is fenced. An exterior shower is ideal for a quick refreshment after basking in the sun on one of the four loungers. Pending on the season, you can harvest lemons, oranges, plums and apricots in the garden. A terrace with sunshade is great for a barbecue with friends. This country house is fenced, has direct neighbours and is just a few metres from the town of Porreres. The ground floor consists of a sitting room with fireplace, a fully-equipped, Majorcan-Style kitchen with gas hob, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, a bath with bath tub and a laundry fitted with washer, iron and ironing board.
