There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a small TV which can be used for watching DVD:s, one with a bunk bed, and one with a single bed. In the bathroom there's a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. The living room opens onto the large, furnished terrace. At the front of the house there's a lovely lawn where the children can play. Tjörn is a very popular summer holiday destination and it's easy to see why. All over the island there are beautiful towns and villages. Skärhamn is close, and offers plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment and culture. There is, for instance, a lovely art museum specialising in contemporary art, especially aquarelles. Why not visit the lovely islands and towns in the archipelago? Klädesholmen and Kyrkesund, Åstol, Tjörnekalv and Dyrön, to mention a few. Gothenburg, Sweden's second largest city, is only 65 kilometres away! Stenungssund is a great place to go shopping, located only ten kilometres from your cottage. Welcome to beautiful Tjörn!

This charming house is as charming on the inside as it is on the outside, and is set on a forest plot of 2000 square metres. It consists of a basement, a ground floor, and an upper floor. The ground floor features a hall, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with underfloor heating, a biological toilet (an earth closet from 2018), a washbasin, and a washing machine. The shower and the sauna are in the basement. In the basement you'll also find a second living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen features the necessary amenities, and the living room features a sofa bed for two, a stove, a TV, and a DVD-player. The upper floor features two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and an extra bed. the owner has a high concern for the environment and asks that the guests share this approach. The town of Karlsborg is close and offers shops and culture. The national park of Tiveden is a must-see, as are the red water lilies of Fagertärn, and the castle Stjernsunds Slott. Tiveden is only a 25-minute drive away. Hova arranges a medieval market, with jousting, one week a year, which you might be able to catch. Örebro is a good destination for a day trip, it takes about 1 hour and 25 minutes to drive there. The city centre of Örebro was voted the most beautiful in Sweden in 2015. Don't miss the marvellous castle from the 1300's when you are there! Other fun activities in Örebro include a guided “ghost walk”. The largest waterpark in Sweden is situated in Gustavsvik, and is also worth a visit. Welcome to a pretty holiday home set in a beautiful environment!

This wonderful house lies completely secluded with the lake just a couple of meters away, on the Medinge Säteri property. The entire house is newly renovated and very tastefully decorated. With nine beds, this house is suitable for two families as well as bringing all relatives together. All bedrooms are on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, from one there is a door to a bedroom with a single bed. The interior is light with open spaces in the kitchen and living room. The garden has a lovely view over the lake where you can sit and enjoy your meals or find plenty of space for fun and games on the lawn surrounding the house. The garden is fences with a low electric fence to keep the boars away. Here you can experience every season. The summer offers secluded baths right by the house, as well as a larger bathing site some distance away if you are looking for company. Take a turn on the lake in the boat for rent, or try your luck fishing (fishing license can be bought at the store in Frövi). Look for mushrooms and berries in the woods next to the house, or simply take a walk to enjoy the glorious nature. Celebrate a wintery Christmas, go skating if the ice is clear or ski around the property on a snowy day. The mountains around Kil offers hiking trails ald plenty of fishing options. In the winter, Ånnaboda 5 km away has both alpine and cross-country skiing. The city of Örebro, 30 km, has shopping and a water park. Stockholm is about 2 hours away by car.

On Öckerö, one of the most beautiful islands of the West Coast, in Gothenburg's northern archipelago lies this sun-drenched cottage right by the sea. From all the points you can see the sea's own biografy. A natural experience of magnificent character. The cottage has a nice garden with swings, slide and lawn. Here the children can play with your view from the veranda. Only 100 meters from the cottage is Hjälvik bathing place and Hummerviken bathing place, both well-known and popular bathing places. There is also a nice graveled walkway. For the active family you can take a jogging round here or why not play volleyball or fish crabs at the pier. Why not take the picnic basket with you out for some fishing and whey on the rocks in the evening. A little further away lies a large football field and also Öckerö's only skate park that is very popular. The cottage is located perfect so you can paddle out for different routes around the islands. Inside the cottage you meet a small hall where you have a separate shower on the right and the toilet with sink directly to the left. Open plan living with kitchen that is integrated with dining area and two single beds and an extra bed (no sofa). If you have a child sleeping in a separate travel bed, there is room for this next to the single beds if you want to bring it. High chair is available in the cottage. Welcome to a smaller accommodation with the sea and nature outside the door!

In beautiful surroundings you find this little cottage at the end of the road, with the house owner as the only neighboring house, about 60 m away. The cottage is surrounded by lovely grassy areas and with the forest all around for lovely forest walks with mushroom and berry picking. On the walk, you can look for wildlife as there is plenty in the area. There are nice hiking trails, and the great trail Östgötaleden that goes right next door. The area has a lot to discover, among other things, its many lakes and fine scenery. The nearest bathing area is at Hallstaängar Nature Reserve, about 3 km away. At the ICA store in Rimforsa you can buy a fishing license. Nearby is also Trollegater, one of Sweden's largest caves, which you can explore, and next to it there is a barbecue area and hiking trail. If you want a bigger city, Linköping is about 40 km away from Rimforsa. Astrid Lindgren's world, usually very appreciated by the children, is about 60 km away. To the zoological park Kolmården you have about 100 km. Welcome to this cozy little cottage in the woods!
