It is set on an elevated plot above the harbour and has two balconies with a great view of the harbour and the bridge, Smögenbron. In the summer you can watch the boats pass by, from the balcony. The nearest bathing spot is only a five minute walk from the flat. The flat is on the second floor of the house and you have your own entrance via stairs on the outside of the house. The spacious kitchen features a lovely dining area and a sofa suite. The bathroom is tiled and contains a WC, a washbasin, and a shower.
