This new angler cottage is idyllically located on a dock in Vatlandsvåg, in a maritime environment with a panoramic view of the fjord. It is all set up for a fishing holiday. The cottage has a practical set up. In two of the bedrooms, there are two single beds that can be combined into a double bed. There is a bonfire pan (the firewood available for purchase is for this), electric kettle and toaster in the house. There is a freezer, life jackets and equipment in the storage room next to the house. The yard is a shielded area with furniture, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the fjord, with small boats passing by and seagulls shrieking above. There is a playground behind the house and a dock with a ladder where you can go swimming. There is a trampoline by the house. There is a map in the cottage of the best fishing spots. It is also popular to go ice fishing in winter. Go fishing in the mountain lakes or in the salmon river of Suldalslågen. The trout season starts May 1st and salmon June 20th. There are several mountain hiking trails nearby. You can reserve to use the sauna (5-6 people) at NOK 50,- and a whirlpool (7 people) at NOK 300 for the first hour and after that NOK 100 per hour.
