There is a 10 m2 large terrace outside of the living room. By the entrance on the back of the cottage there is a 40 m² large stone-tiled terrace You are located only 100 metres from the lake. On your way down to the water, you pass a small cottage centre. It is mostly sport fishers that rent these cottages. The owner lives in the cottage next door. The world famous "Atlantic Ocean Road" is only 25 km away. Visit a fine, sandy beach 20 km away, where you can go swimming and surfing. The are numerous signed mountain hiking trails nearby. There are 3 boats available for rent. Boat 1: A 19 ft Gimo 560 with 25 hp Tohatsu 4-stroke motor, located in the harbour 6,8 km away by the fjord. Boat 2: A 15 ft boat with 4 hp. Boat 3: A 14 ft rowing boat. Boat 2 and 3 can only be used in the lake of Nåsvatnet. A fish cleaning table with lights, water and cover can be found by the house. Smoker for fish. There is plenty of fish in the fjord and several small lakes with trout in the mountains. A 40 litre freezer in the kitchen and access to a 250 litre freezer 20 metres away. The holiday home is placed over the owner's garage.
