You can walk along a small road down to the harbor and to Hällevik. You can see the sea all the way and Icelandic horses grazing in the garden next door. Fishing can be done in the sea, no fishing license is required.Bathing facilities are available in the sea at Tosteberga, where a trampoline at the harbor, or at the lake Immeln with sandy beach and jetty, about 8 km from the house. There is also an excursion boat with a restaurant If you are interested in nature, you have definitely come to the right place. There are both beautiful rocky beaches, dramatic marshes and lush beach meadows. The beach meadows offers a fantastic fauna with protected species. Here you will find many different types of orchids and other very rare plants. Here are many interesting birds to see in wintertime, as many species stops in the area during their flight. Tosteberga is one of the few rare areas where a visit during wintertime almost guarantees a view of the sea eagle! Because a lot of sea eagles use Tosteberga as a winter resort. At Trolle Ljungby, about 5 km away, there is the beautiful castle. You cannot enter the castle but there are other interesting things to discover, including a mini-brewery and game meat sales. Further south, Åhus is home to many summer activities. Just north of Fjälkinge is the castle Hanaskog Slott, with a good restaurant. A little further, a road ferry takes you across the lake to Ivö. A very beautiful island where you can look for fossils. An excursion to Kristianstad with visits to Naturum and the railway museum you have in comfortable distance. This traditional holiday home in Varberg is perfect for those seeking tranquility and recreation! Located on the beautiful west coast, this cottage is 500 metres from the nearest neighbour, and has a lovely garden for play and recreation. The cottage features a well-maintained kitchen with a wood-burning cooker. Please note that the wood-burning cooker is only for show and must not be used. The living room is equipped with a TV, a big corner sofa, and a dining table. There's one bedroom on the bottom floor, please note that there's no door to this room, but there's a curtain that you can draw for privacy. The bathroom has a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. On the second floor, there are two cosy bedrooms. The house sleeps a total of five people, in five single beds. Next to the church, Nösslinge Kyrka, you will find the lovely lake Neden, where the boat is docked. The lake is rife with fish such as pike and bass. Varberg is a very popular summer resort with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. The town has a fortress, Varbergs fästning, that dates back to the 13th century and there are guided tours for those who are interested. If you enjoy birdwatching, you mustn't miss the island of Getterön, which is close to Varberg. Getterön also has a lovely beach, exhibits, a shop, and a café. Welcome to the wonderful west coast!

The holiday home has two bedrooms where one has a 140cm wide double bed and the second has a fowling bed which you can turn into a double bed (160cm wide). Welcome to Dalarna! This delightful holiday home was built in the 1600's and features a furnished wooden terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a bathroom, and a sauna. In the living room, you will find a sofa suite, a wood-burning stove, and a bunk bed with a width of 120 centimetres, each bunk suitable for 1-2 people. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary amenities. The bathroom was renovated in 2012, and has a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. There's also a sauna in the annex. The house is set on a large, natural garden plot of 3000 square metres. It is only 100 metres from lake Kättbosjön, where you will find the boat that is included. Kättbosjön is excellent for fishing, there's plenty of pike, bass, and trout in the water. There are also many other lovely lakes in the area. Don't forget to buy a fishing permit (100 SEK/week)! Nearby, you will find a small inn which is open in the summertime. The charming town of Mora is only 30 kilometres away, offering services, shops, restaurants, and the Zorn-museum, with beautiful paintings by the famous Swedish artist Anders Zorn. In the garden you will find an outdoor barbecue grill and a roofed, furnished patio.Lake Vallsjön is excellent for swimming and there are boats and canoes for rent by the lake. Your landlord has a boat which you might be able to borrow, as per agreement. It is docked in lake Skrapstadsjön, a lake that is great for fishing. Lake Vallsjön is also a good fishing lake, rife with pike and bass. If you wish to explore the area by bicycle, the owner of your holiday home has two bicycles that you may use. Sävsjö features a popular water park as well as Boda Borg, an “adventure house” where you can experience interactive adventures in teams of 3-5 Boda Borg recommends that you call beforehand to book a slot. Another great place to visit is the elk park in Vrigstad. Astrid Lindgrens World and the wild west theme park High Chaparrall is about an hours drive from your holiday home. The light and airy kitchen features all of the amenities you need. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. The house also features a separett-style toilet (a waterfree composting and urine diverting toilet). On the bottom floor you will also find a laundry room, a living room, and a small bedroom with one single bed. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, each one equipped with two beds, and a small TV-room. Please note that the upstairs ceilings are comparatively low, about 2 metres. Kristianstad also offers shops, restaurants, music events in the park, and a railway museum. Åhus offers a number of beautiful beaches. The fjord is rich with fish and a 16 ft boat with 25 hp motor and life jackets is available for rent at NOK 400 per day. The big city of Göteborg is 64 kilometres away, a distance that takes about an hour to drive. You have your own entrance to the flat so you will have privacy even though the owners live on the second floor. The nearest grocery store is also in Hästveda, and it has a god assortment of exotic meat. Another nearby town is Osby, where you will find the Brio Toy Museum, with a model railway, a Barbie collection, and Santa's workshop. If you would like to make a day trip, there are several nice towns within driving distance. One example is Kristianstad, where there are shops, restaurants, music events in the park, and a railway museum. Please note that you don't have a view of the lake from the cottage. Located within the archipelago community of Väjern, about 2 km north of Smögen, this cottage is nicely furnished with a modern design. It features an open plan living room with kitchen space, fully equipped with all you could need on your holiday. The cottage also has wireless internet through fibre broadband. The master bedroom features a large double bed and there are two other bedrooms with family beds - 120cm lower bed suitable for 1-2 persons and a single bed above. From the living room you have access to the large terrace which is open to the sun throughout the day. It is a beautiful place to gather and relax during the day and evening especially during the hot summer days. A great place to relax, read a book or just sun bathe on a lounger. It is also a great spot to watch the sunset from, in the evening, as you sip a cool drink and watch the suns beautiful reflection over the calm blue waves of the ocean. It is just a few minutes to the dock, where you can take a dip in the sea and relax on the small sandy beach. There is a nice bathing spot located on Hammarudden about 10 minutes walking distance around the bay. There are many other nice bathing areas in the area, spread short distances away. Towards Kungshamn there is a walkway and bike path and nearby there are well-lit exercise trails for those who want to work on their fitness. In less favourable weather you can take a short walk to Tumlarens bath- and wellness facility which offers a gym, spa, massage, hot tub, etc. Experience the boating- and tourist resort Smögen which is famous for its long jetty. Here you can see plenty of visitors during the summertime and view the many beautiful boats that are moored along the bridge. The seaside shops here offer a good range of clothes for all styles. There are also several restaurants serving great meals. The well-known nature reserve Nordic Ark is well worth a visit. Here you can see the endangered animals that have found a haven in the beautiful, lush park. You can also discover the animal- and plant life found beneath the waters of the North Sea at the Sea House in Lysekil about 50 kilometres away.
